This freight car set consists of 6 individually packaged German Federal Railroad (DB) cars. It includes a DB 4-axle stake car, 1 DB open dump car, 1 DB high side gondola, 1 four-axle tank car painted and lettered for VTG, 1 four-axle side dump car, and 1 DB flat car for containers. The cars look as they did at the start of Era IV. All of the cars have metal wheels. This set makes a marvelous add-on to the class 139 electric locomotive to make up a prototypical freight train. The cars have many functions. For example, the container is removable, the doors on the container can be opened, and the container supports can be folded down. The doors on the high side gondola can be opened. The dump car comes with a load insert. Car lengths over the buffers, stake car 26” / 66 cm, dump car 21-5/8” / 55 cm, high side gondola and tank car each 18-7/8” / 48 cm, side dump car 16-1/2” / 42 cm, flat car for containers 16-1/8” / 41 cm.
All of the cars are individually packaged.
