ProSwitch Custom are the best made switches on the market for your G-scale track.  Its frogs can optionally be powered.  The switches are Made in Germany.  These switches don't use nail and wooden ties, but are made with plastic ties and with specially developed rail chairs.  The switches are sturdy and will last indoors and outdoors for a long time.
