This set, referenced within the exploded parts diagram for the 25702 U type locomotive contains the part numbers as follows : 

• 25701-M016 - front drive wheels with grove for traction tire 
• 25701-M027 - center wheels with long stem for push rod
• 25701-M028 - rear drive wheels

Please note, that is only compatible with U type locomotive's that use non-split gearbox
